We strongly advise all of our clients to take out pet insurance. It is estimated that one in three pets need veterinary treatment at least once a year, which makes it more likely that you will claim on pet insurance than household insurance.
A good insurance policy can give you the peace of mind that, whatever happens, you can do the best for your pet. However, all insurance policies are not the same so we recommend our owners to contact us for advice. For example we recommend life time policies that will pay out for any condition for the lifetime of your pet and to stay away from policies that only pay out for clinical conditions for a maximum of twelve months or that have a low maximum claim per condition.
