We do ask that you settle your bill on the day of treatment, regardless of insurance status. Please don’t hesitate to ask your vet for estimates of work to be done.
Making an appointment
We offer a large choice of surgery times and will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
If there is a particular vet you would like to see, please feel free to ask when you book your appointment.
We aim to give each patient the time they need for a thorough examination. If you know that your pet will need blood tests or an extended consultation, let reception know when you book your appointment and they can ensure enough time is allocated for you.
