Neil Richards, Practice Manager

I joined the practice after being a Bank Manager for 17 years; I thought I would try something a little more relaxing, how wrong could I be! Overseeing the day to day running of the practice is just as involved but a lot more rewarding.

I have a small menagerie at home which consists of 4 cows, 2 dogs Willow and Dixie and 6 chickens, whoops! It's only 5 chickens now as Mr Fox had one for supper last night.

Maggie Barnard

I come in to clean/tidy in the evening so my floor stays a little cleaner for longer and my Hoover does not annoy anyone. I have been employed here since 1982 and I still enjoy it very much, no two days are the same, never boring, the 4 hours go quickly. I also top up items for the surgery in drawers shelves etc so can often tell if it has been a busy day, and of course I peep in on any inpatients and make a fuss of them.

My animal family consists of 3 dogs Mops, Max and George and koi in the pond.

Pauline Bellamy, Laboratory Technician

I joined the practice in September 1984 for the above post. Previously I had worked as a Lab Technician at Burnt Mill School, Harlow in both the Biology and Chemistry prep rooms.

I began my career working in a hospital Pathology department where I did five years training before taking my final exams specialising in Haematology and Blood Transfusions.

I am an Associate of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences.

My hobbies include line dancing, swimming, card crafting, flower arranging and needlework.

I have two cats at present, Max and Arnie who is part Maine Coon.

Jo Brender

I have been working here since June 2004. I enjoy dealing with the public but most of all I enjoy seeing the animals which come to us.

I have 2 young children, 2 dogs Merlin and Buddy  and 2 goldfish. I love the outdoors and run cross country three times a week with my dogs.

Paula Frenzel

I joined the practice in December 2006, starting in the office and now have progressed to the dispensary.

I work part-time so in the afternoons I walk my Jack Russell, Bertie. I also enjoy growing all our vegetables for my 3 hungry children. In my spare time I play field hockey for Bishops Stortford.

Jenny Irons

I joined the practice in December 2005. I work part time on reception and enjoy working in the vets because I see all different types of animals and meet lots of interesting people.

I have got a mature black cat called Annie and a ginger/white kitten called Amber.

Pauline Quaresima

I have been working here in the office since 2002. My role is office administrator and I am the tidy one in the office!

I work part time so I have my mornings to walk my two cairn terriers Florence and Posy. I also enjoy walking, gardening and socialising.

Hannah Stockwell

Hannah Stockwell – I started here in 1996 as a trainee veterinary nurse. I passed my exams in 1997. I left for maternity leave in 2002, and now work part time on reception.

I have been married for 7 years and have two sons Luke and Billy. I have 4 cats and 2 goldfish.

I enjoy spending time with my children and socialising whenever I can (not very often!)

Lynn Titheradge

I started here in 1994, just on a Saturday morning to begin with. I now work full time processing your insurance claim forms plus many other bits and bobs, including putting handles on washing machines etc!

I live with my husband, 3 dogs Holly, Harry and Aflie and a cat called Emma  which keeps me very busy at home!
